As an incorporated Community Interest Company, our constitution means we can’t take any profits we do make. Our ownership is completely transparent too, with our board of directors shown on the Companies House database.

Hannah Montgomery – Marketing, Sustainability and Care Lead
Hannah is one of our founders. She is a true Lichfieldian with a passion for sustainability and social care (don’t get her on her soapbox) and an impressive international, award-winning career in marketing. She will always fight for those who don’t have a voice and ensure that Grace Cares continues to strive to always do the right thing.

Emma Smith – Customer Service, Product and Operations Lead
Emma is also a founder and brings process, clarity, and a massive smile to the Grace Cares team. She will stop at nothing to ensure our customers are happy and that we can support as many care workers and older people as possible.

Adam Harrison – Logistics and Waste Management Lead
Adam is the most energetic founder of Grace Cares (and possibly the most energetic person in the world). As a veteran and an unpaid carer, Adam has a unique ability to truly empathise and connect to the care workers and some of the older people we support.

Sue Callison – Local Community Support Lead
Sue is also a Lichfieldian and has an absolute love for the city and its residents. She ensures we make befriending calls, connects us with other good causes and that we support the local community in the best possible way.

John Moore – Finance Lead
John is the Managing Director of Fruition Accountancy, a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and loves Lichfield. John’s belief is ‘if Grace Cares is successful, he is successful’. He supports us with strategies and ideas to help make Grace Cares a success.

John Montgomery – Collection Support and Cleaning Lead
As a retired ambulance man (and Hannah’s father), John is a fabulous volunteer support to collect care equipment as he knows what the items are for and the benefit they can provide.

Lawrence Smith – Collection Support and Handyman
Lawrence is Emma’s father. As a retired builder Lawrence is a trusted volunteer support to collect care equipment but also to help us when things need fixing at the homes and care homes we attend. He’ll also sing for you with his Barber Shop friends when he gets the chance.

Ron, Stefan, Viv & Denny – Stock Maintenance, Processing and Advertising
These heroes are the heart beat of Grace Cares. You’ll often see them in the unit fixing and testing all our equipment, moving stock, photographing and getting care equipment listed on the website. As well as support at events and other campaigns we run through the year. We would be lost without them – absolute LEGENDS 💚
